The Scottish build-to-rent sector has grown by 19%, with the number of units under construction in Scotland doubling in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Analysis published by the British Property Federation (BPF) revealed that the number of build-to-rent homes completed, under construction or in planning, increased to 12,793.
The research, which was undertaken in partnership with Savills, highlighted that the number of build-to-rent units under construction in Scotland more than doubled in the fourth quarter, compared to the same period in 2020, from 993 to 2,547.
