AN AYRSHIRE business has gone TikTok viral after creating a hilarious video based on a current trend.
The video from Ayrshire Blinds, entitled "Letting the Gen Z colleague write the marketing script", has been viewed more than 1.3 million times on the platform since it was uploaded a few days ago.
The trend involves older members of businesses or groups narrating in a "Gen Z" way, with slang mostly used by the younger generation.
In the Ayrshire Blinds clip, managing director Adam Moonie uses phrases including "these wooden shutters are giving me life" and "are you fed up with your fugly blinds".

The business, based in Irvine, has been praised for their hilarious video, earning new fans from across the world.
One person said: "I'm in the US but I feel it might be worth the shipping cost because clearly these are superior products."
Another stated: "Don't live anywhere near this place. Also don't need blinds. However I want to buy blinds from here."
