  • McTominay will also be unavailable for Napoli's opening Champions League fixture against Arsenal next week.
  • Napoli confirmed that the heart issue is non-serious and poses no long-term risk to the player's overall health.
  • The midfielder, who has won 73 caps for Scotland, had started both of Napoli's Serie A fixtures so far this season.
