Scott Disick 'feels like he’s losing hold on kids' after Kourtney Kardashian baby news

Scott Disick is said to be feeling like he is losing grip of his kids following ex Kourtney Kardashian's baby announcement.

Kourtney, 43, and Scott, 40, share three kids together - Mason, 13, Penelope, 10 and Reign, 8 - but the POOSH founder recently revealed she's expecting her fourth child and first with new husband Travis Barker.

The news is said to have unnerved Scott, although he is trying to be happy for Kourtney.

Fans instantly speculated about Scott's feelings for the news once it broke, with some believing he must have been devastated.

However, an insider has revealed it is a "bittersweet" moment for the reality TV star.

The source told Life & Style Magazine : "[Scott] did text Kourtney to congratulate her, so he does want her to be happy. It’s just bittersweet for Scott because he feels like he’s losing a hold on his kids because of Kourtney’s new family."

They continued to say Scott "wasn’t upset" to find out the news and admitted he was "happy for Kourtney".

However, they said he "thinks his three kids will now put even more focus on the new baby and therefore their stepdad Travis".

"He knows it’s selfish, but he can’t help it," the source added.

It comes after Kourtney seemed to blank her ex and the father to her kids on Father's Day.

The Hulu star posted a family photo of herself with her husband Travis Barker, 47, and their blended family on social media.

She then followed it up with a snap of her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr, but there was no sign of a post made out to Scott.

Kourtney shocked her fans and seemingly her husband when she revealed her pregnancy at the weekend.

The pair, who tied the knot last summer, had been trying for a child via IVF and other routes, but Kourtney later revealed that they were "officially done" with the treatment.

She said on hit Hulu show The Kardashians: "We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, then I believe that it will happen."

However, earlier this week, Kourtney shared that she was expecting the couple's first child together by holding up a sign that read: "Travis I'm pregnant" while she stood in the crowd at a concert where he and his band, Blink182, were performing.
