Scott Brown is gushing over the legacy his Fleetwood Town players are leaving following a huge FA Cup upset.
The Celtic legend is settling in well to life in the dugout as he watched the Cods pull off a massive victory in the domestic competition by seeing off Premier League hopefuls Queens Park Rangers in a 2-1 win at home. It means Fleetwood are in to the fourth round of the tournament and could face a big name as they look to keep their dream alive.
Brown incidentally could have faced off with now Rangers boss Michael Beale had the situation in Glasgow gone another route, but the Hoops hero believes his side are leaving a 'legacy' but must turn their fortunes to more consistent form in the English League One.

He said post-match: "First of all, I thought the lads were exceptional today. We knew we were playing against a top-quality side. It was always going to be a tough game and be a battle as well.
“For me as a manager, it’s exceptional; my playing days are gone but these lads are leaving a legacy. It’s great to get to the Fourth Round, we could get one of the big boys.
“We want to make it extremely hard to come here. It’s what we’ve wanted to do all season. We need to start doing this week in and week out now; it’s what we expect, we have been playing some good football recently.”
