Scots woman banned from owning dogs after pet suffers illegal ear cropping procedure

A Scots woman has been handed a three year ban after putting her dog at risk of 'significant physical and mental suffering.'

Siobhan Isabella Stewart Buchan, 31, of Edinburgh, has been found guilty of failing to seek veterinary treatment for her puppy, Ice.

The sentencing at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Friday, May 27, 2021 followed reports from a concerned member of the public in 2020.
