Scots terror cop suspended over ‘inappropriate touching’ claim will not face prosecution

A senior Scots terrorism cop who was suspended after being accused of inappropriately touching a woman will not be prosecuted.

Temporary Assistant Chief Constable Pat Campbell was referred to the police watchdog after a complaint was made against him in December.

The Police Investigations and Review Commissioner later submitted their full report over the alleged incident to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
