Police are investigating following the death of a man in Peterhead in Aberdeenshire.
Emergency services, including the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, were called to an incident around 9.30pm on Sunday, February 5, in the town's Ives Road, next to the coast.
Police said they were looking into the death of a 52-year-old man, with inquiries being carried out at the scene on Monday morning.
However, no indication has yet been given as to what may have caused the man's death. Access to and from the street was being controlled by police following the incident.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said: “We were called at 9.31pm to assist with a police incident.”
