Two Scots sisters are to be laid to rest together after dying just days apart.
The “heartbroken” family of Shaunie and Shavanna Thomson, from Edinburgh, are planning a joint funeral after the siblings passed away within three weeks of each other following separate incidents.
Tributes were paid to tragic mum-of-two Shaunie, 26, when she died suddenly on February 12, with heartbroken sister Shavanna, 21, sharing her grief at the loss of her “twin” online a week later.
