Bosses at a Scots McDonald's restaurant have apologised to a family after their dining experience left them feeling 'disgusted'.
A grandmother, from Livingston, shared pictures with Edinburgh Live after finding the fast-food eatery covered in rubbish, with sticky tables. Jackie, who took her ten-year-old granddaughter to their local Almondvale Avenue branch on Wednesday night, said she was shocked at the smell and mess at the restaurant.
The gran said she could not stand the stench and saw bins piled with empty containers and trash littered around the floor. She said it 'was hard to spot an accessible table' due to the surrounding mess and raged that they 'would never eat at the restaurant ever again'.
