The UK's best amateur cooks have gone head to head to battle it out.
Lisa Addison from Killearn, Stirlingshire, was flying the flag for Scotland on Masterchef's first episode of series 18 on BBC One on Wednesday March 23.
She prepared pork fillet wrapped in parma ham stuffed with mushroom duxelles with hasselback potatoes and asparagus. Then for the dessert round she created a chocolate and orange mille feuille.

Lisa was up against eight other contestants ready to show off their culinary skills to judges Greg Wallace and John Trodoe, both of which were incredibly impressed with Lisa's food.
After plating up her dishes and getting positive feedback, Lisa retuned to the group and said: "Nothing prepares you for that."
Referring to her dessert, Greg said: I really appreciate the work you're putting in. I really do."
"It's admirable", John said, later adding that she, "really puts her heart into everything that she does".
As Lisa walked back to the group, after sending up her final plate of the day, her eyes filled up with tears.
She admitted: "I feel emotional, tired...that's terrifying isn't it? Terrifying."
Luckily Lisa had nothing to be worried about because although she had to cook for a second time, it was enough to go through to the second round.
Stephanie praised Lisa: "Glad for #Lisa you could see how much she wanted and worked for it go smash it girl !!!!!"
"Lisa crying, Greg crying, I’m crying!" Claire tweeted.
"Lisa clawed her way back in, yaass." Another added.
But the new format left many viewers with a bad taste in their mouth.
Doug said: "I was open to see how the new format would work. Oh dear what a mess! Embarrassed cooks watching the others, poor use of the time, why oh why change a well established way of working?"
"Really not enjoying this new format for #masterchef contestants. Seems like they’re doing the presentation as well as the cooking", Tim agreed.
And another questioned: "This new format is so random, why on earth would you separate the judges from watching the cooks work, why is everyone sat awkwardly chatting away? Why have a tasting room? Just why?".
But not everyone was put off by Masterchef's new look.
Dan interjected: "Loved the new format @MasterChefUK - some brilliant cooks in the great episode. Nice seeing @GreggAWallace and @JohnTorode1 back together too."
