A Scots Airbnb host has denied that his three-bedroom flat is being offered on the site for 13 people amid a council investigation.
Ellis Johnson, from Edinburgh, has strongly opposed an enforcement notice handed to him by the city council which alleges the property changed use to a short term let without planning permission in 2017.
The local resident was served the notice regarding his Thistle Street flat on February 16.
