Scotland's largest ever Monterey Jack's set to open at M&D's Theme Park

Famous restaurant chain Monterey Jack’s is set to open the largest ever diner at Scotland's M&D’s in Strathclyde Country Park.

The American styled restaurant, which includes an outdoor terrace, will cater for 250 covers, and represents the tenth location in Scotland with further openings planned.

The significant investment has also helped create 30 full and part-time jobs.
