SCOTLAND have been handed a tough draw as they joined Group A of Euro 2024 qualifying.
The national team were in Pot 2 for the draw but still face a tricky route to the finals in Germany in a couple of years.
Spain headline five-team Group A with the Nations League finalists the top seed in the group.
Scotland, of course, are the second seed in the group with Norway, Georgia and Cyprus rounding out Group A.
The top two teams in the group will qualify for the Euro 2024 finals with the final spots at the tournament decided by play-offs.
Qualifying begins in March next year and will conclude in November with each team playing one another home and away in a round robin format.
