Ongoing disputes between teachers unions and the Scottish Government continue to see schools across Ayrshire close due to industrial action.
Schools in East and South Ayrshire will shut their doors for one day next week as teaching staff walkout in disputes over pay.
Teachers from two of Scotland’s 32 local authorities will be going on strike each day until February 6, if a deal has not been agreed by then.
