Schoolhouse Becomes Family Home: Indiana couple restore 1914 building; wins viral following

A structural restoration in Franklin, Indiana, has completely transformed a historic schoolhouse from the 1910s into a modern residential estate. Houseowner Stacie Grissom and her husband, Sean Wilson, an orthopedic surgeon, became owners of the 9,000-square-foot landmark structure for $175,000 in August 2021 and completed their residential relocation by late 2024 as reported by CNBC.
