Schoolgirl who 'makes £110k a month selling toys' set to 'retire' at 11-years-old

An 11-year-old schoolgirl who allegedly made £110k a month is set to retire.

Pixie Curtis claims she makes £110,000 a month after launching a fidget spinner business and after its success, she says she is ready to put her feet up. The schoolgirl adds she will be hanging up her entrepreneurial hat and focus on herself and education.

Pixie, who is the daughter of PR guru Roxy Jacenko, started Pixie's Bows three years ago, but although she had a helping hand on the way, she's grafted too.

Speaking to news.com.au, mum Roxy said: "Pixie has decided to hang her online toy store shoes up to focus on her impending entry into high school.

"In short, over the past few months, we have been discussing the business plans going forward as a family and decided that while it has been an amazing journey starting some three years ago, it was time to refocus with high school just around the corner.

"While the Pixie's Pix online store will remain, it will go back to how it began in 2011 – as the best destination for children's hair accessories and hair bows known as Pixie's Bows – something that we will continue to manage together but with a lot less time/pressure for Pixie."

As the Mirror reports, Rozy is most excited "the entrepreneurial spirit" that Pixie has at such a young age. Having a keen eye on business certainly runs in the family too.

As well as a £3.6 million mansion in Sydney, Roxy also owns a number of successful communications businesses. Previously, Roxy had sparked debate after buying her 10-year-old daughter lavish gifts including a £193,000 fleet of cars including a £43,000 Mercedes Benz.

Parents commented on Roxy's social media posts, arguing that Pixie is too young to live in such a way - even if she can afford it.

Roxy shared a picture in one Instagram post of Pixie's nails and other parents were quick to comment their opinions.

She captioned the image: "Lucky Dad lives in Tassie and @roxyjacenko is in charge. How cool are my nails - thank you @cjartistrygirls."

One comment read: "How old are you?"
