With the southwest monsoon remaining active across large parts of the country, many parents and students are checking for updates on whether schools will be closed on Thursday, July 30. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rainfall in multiple states, with heavy to very heavy showers expected across regions of North, Central, West, and Northeast India. However, those looking for confirmation of a school holiday should note that, as of now, no state government has announced a statewide closure of schools for July 30.
