A West Lothian head teacher who was awarded an OBE thanks to her hard work and dedication is getting ready to relax after retiring.
Knightsridge Primary School said a fond and heartfelt farewell on April 1 to their loved and highly-respected head teacher, Mrs Allison Kennedy.
Mrs Kennedy has worked as the head in Knightsridge Primary School and Early Years Centre for nine years and has had a huge impact on the lives on many children, parents and teachers.
