Candace Owens’ long running feud with Turning Point USA leadership has taken another sharp turn, and this time the pushback is coming from within conservative circles. What began as a simmering dispute after the death of Charlie Kirk has now evolved into a public clash involving Owens, Erika Kirk, and far right activist Laura Loomer.
Candace Owens and Erika Kirk appeared to have reached a fragile truce last year. That calm did not last. Owens continued to float theories surrounding Charlie Kirk’s fatal shooting at Utah Valley University in September 2025, including allegations of Israeli involvement and claims aimed at TPUSA leadership. More recently, she accused Erika Kirk of wrongdoing and even referenced details from her marriage, reigniting tensions that had never fully cooled.
Laura Loomer blasts Candace Owens over Erika Kirk remarks
Laura Loomer escalated the situation with a pointed post on X. “After accusing Erika Kirk and TPUSA of killing Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens is now claiming Erika is a billionaire and that she and TPUSA should hire Candace Owens,” Loomer wrote. She described the move as “schizophrenic behavior,” sharing a clip from Owens’ podcast to underline her point.
In that segment, Owens suggested that TPUSA should place her on a “monthly retainer,” noting that the organization is wealthy and has “millions.” Loomer did not let it slide. In a follow up post, she asked, “why are you begging TPUSA to hire you? Didn’t you marry a rich guy from England? Did he make you sign a prenup? Doesn’t he love you enough to let you keep your humility so you can stop embarrassing yourself online begging for attention and selling bad merch?”
Loomer went further, urging legal action. “It’s time for for TPUSA and Mrs Erika Kirk to sue Candace Owens and get a restraining order against her. She is belligerent. One minute she hates Erika, then she’s begging her to hire her. Now she’s making a whole series about Erika called ‘Fatal Attraction’ she said. It’s demented. Candace is not well.”
The feud has also triggered concern among observers who believe Owens’ rhetoric could inflame tensions. One social media user warned, “Candace Owens’ rhetoric is radicalizing unstable people against Erika Kirk. Her fans now believe that Erika is an ‘evil child groomer.’ All it takes is one of them to pop off and create another tragedy. Influencer refusing to forcefully call out Candace by name are cowards.”
Another wrote, “Candace Owens is going to get Erika Kirk murdered when one of her insane cult members decides to exact 'justice' for Charlie. I’m not kidding. This must stop now.”
The dispute now sits at the intersection of personal grief, political rivalry, and a digital audience quick to amplify every accusation.
