Scarlett Moffatt has shared her pride over younger sister Ava Moffatt, who has been among the students celebrating receiving their GCSE results this week.
The reality TV star, 31, took to Instagram yesterday to share excitement over the success of Ava, 16 - who had appeared with their family on Gogglebox occasionally years ago.
The I'm a Celebrity winner posted a photo of herself and her teenage sister on the platform, with her writing about Ava's achievements in an accompanying caption.
She commented: "So proud of this one for performing outstandingly in her GCSEs with A* and As. You will be reading archeology at @durhamuniversity in 2 years".
Scarlett did well in her own academic studies when she was younger and shared details of such achievements in response to a troll on social media back in 2017.
It came after she had taken to Twitter around this time of year to reassure anyone who may have been disappointed with their exam results, as reported by Chronicle Live.
Following her tweet, one person had responded: "And remember Scarlett Moffat made money by watching tv on tv. Anyone can be successful no matter how brain dead."

This however prompted a response from Scarlett, who took the opportunity to promote being kind as well as highlighting that she had experienced academic success.
Scarlett tweeted in response to the criticism: "I have 13 A*-C GCSEs, 3 A levels and a 2:1 bachelors degree mate. But if you work hard & be kind you can achieve anything."
And she wasn't the only celebrity who expressed pride over a younger relative's GCSE results this week, with the likes of Geri Horner having also been on cloud nine.
The Spice Girls member shared a photo of her daughter Bluebell, writing: "So proud of you Blue! All A [star emojis]! 9 GCSES! You worked so hard! You inspire me! Girl power!"
Amanda Holden was another proud parent as her daughter Lexi got her results. Amanda shared a photo of herself excitedly raising one arm in the air whilst holding her phone.
Alongside the photo, the Britain's Got Talent judge wrote in the caption: "Me when we got Lexi's results this morning., Smashed it. Sooooo proud of our girl".
