Fans trying to pre-order the new GTA 6 limited-edition PS5 DualSense controllers this week in the US and UK quickly spotted something familiar, as eBay listings for the pads began appearing within hours at prices far above Sony's official $84.99 (£62.80) retail tag.

Sony unveiled two officially branded GTA 6 DualSense controllers to tie in with the game's planned November launch, describing them as black and white limited editions with shimmering, colour-shifting finishes, moulded palm-tree details and prominent GTA 6 branding.
