SC stays proceedings against Cong MP Imran Pratapgarhi for social media post, know whole matter here

New Delhi: Supreme Court on Tuesday stayed the proceedings against Congress MP Imran Pratapgarhi in a case related to posting an edited 'provocative' video song. 

According to Dynamite News correspondent, a bench comprising Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan also issued notices to Gujarat government and the complainant, seeking their responses in the matter.
