New Delhi [India]: The Supreme Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Uttar Pradesh government and others on a plea seeking to cancel bail to Ashish Mishra, who is the son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Ajay Mishra Teni.
A bench headed by Chief Justice of India NV Ramana asked the UP government to file a detailed counter reply and directed that it should protect the witnesses in the matter.
