Shares of SBI Funds Management are set to make their stock market debut on NSE and BSE on Tuesday, July 21. Ahead of the listing, the company's shares continue to command a healthy premium in the grey market, signalling an estimated listing gain of nearly 18% over the issue price.
The Rs 9,813-crore IPO, which was open for subscription between July 14 and July 16, witnessed robust investor demand, with the issue being subscribed 41.66 times overall. Institutional investors led the charge, as the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was oversubscribed 140.11 times. The Non-Institutional Investor (NII) category attracted 22.51 times subscription, while the Retail Individual Investor (RII) segment was subscribed 3.60 times.
