Save our cafes: 12,000 people sign petition to protect London cafes from chain takeover

A protest was held against the decision - (Save our Cafes)

More than 12,000 people have called for cafes in north London beauty spots to be saved.

The leases for the cafés, located in Hampstead Heath, Queen's Park and Highgate Wood, were put up for tender earlier this year by site managers the City of London Corporation.
