Executive Director of the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) Shaima bint Saleh Al-Husseini participated in the two-day Sports Industry Forum in Abu Dhabi.
The Forum was held from November 15-16 with the participation of more than 160 senior business experts in the sports sector.
Al-Husseini emphasized the importance of community sports in bringing about change and development and transforming the Kingdom's future with comprehensive community participation into a healthy society enjoying physical activity per the initiatives of the Quality of Life Program and achieving the aspirations of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
"Since its inception, SFA has been able to implement many qualitative achievements in the way of life for members of society in the Kingdom towards sustainably devoting a culture of sport, while enabling various groups of society to reach a healthy lifestyle, by launching awareness programs and establishing sports facilities," she said.
She added that the federation was also able to implement 24 sports programs in 2022, which attracted nearly 61,000 participants.
