Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received on Saturday messages of congratulations from Arab and Gulf leaders on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
Saudi Arabia had declared Monday as the first day of Eid, marking the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan.
King Salman received telephone calls from Egyptian President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi and Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani also telephoned King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed on the occasion.
