Saudi King Receives Message from Kuwaiti Crown Prince

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on Sunday received a written message from Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah regarding the strong and solid fraternal relations that bind the two countries and peoples, and ways to support and enhance them in various fields.

On behalf of Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the message was received by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed Al-Khuraji, during a meeting with Kuwait’s Ambassador to the Kingdom Ali Al-Khaled Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

Separately, Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received Sunday a letter from King Salman including an invitation to attend a joint summit between the GCC leaders, the Jordanian Monarch, the Egyptian President, the Iraqi Prime Minister and the US President, which will be hosted by the Kingdom next month, according to the Bahraini official news agency, bna.

The letter was handed over to the King by Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, during a meeting at Al-Sakhir Place.

Also on Sunday, King Hamad received at the Al-Sakhir Palace, the Saudi Foreign Minister, who is on a visit to the kingdom to chair his country’s side in the Political Coordination Committee emanating from the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council.

King Hamad praised the dedicated efforts exerted by the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, led by Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defense Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, to strengthen bilateral relations and bolster joint cooperation to serve the interests of the two brotherly countries.
