Saudi Crown Prince Participates in APEC Summit in Thailand

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz led on Friday the Saudi delegation to attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in the Thai capital, Bangkok.

The Crown Prince met with Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah on the sidelines of the summit.

They reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries, fields of cooperation and opportunities for developing them. They also discussed a number of issues of common interest.

The Crown Prince also met in Bangkok with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore to discuss aspects of the Saudi-Singaporean relations, prospects for bilateral cooperation in various fields and ways to develop them.

In a separate meeting, the Crown Prince and French President Emmanuel Macron reviewed aspects of the Saudi-French relations, prospects for bilateral cooperation and opportunities for its development in various fields in order to achieve the common interests of the two countries, in addition to discussing the latest regional and international developments.

Prince Mohammed also reviewed Saudi-Indonesian relations with Indonesian President Joko Widodo.

He also held a similar meeting with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. of the Philippines.
