Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, held telephone talks on Monday with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.
Their discussions focused on regional affairs and issues of common interest.
The Saudi Crown Prince expressed his condemnation of the flagrant terrorist attack carried out by the Iran-backed Houthi militias in Yemen against the Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates on Monday.
The two leaders stressed that such terrorist acts will only increase their determination to continue to thwart such hostile attacks that are being carried out by the forces of evil and terrorism.
These forces have spread corruption in Yemen and killed its brotherly people, they added.
The Houthis continue to carry out their terrorism with the aim of destabilizing the region in desperate and futile attempts to spread chaos, they remarked.
This only demonstrates the need for the international community to stand against these blatant violations of international laws and norms, they stressed.
The international community must reject and condemn these terrorist crimes that threaten international and regional peace and security.
The drone attack on Abu Dhabi on Monday set off explosions in three fuel trucks and causing a fire near Abu Dhabi airport, killing three people and injuring six.
