Satin Creditcare promoters to infuse Rs 100 crore, raise stake

Microfinance company Satin Creditcare Network's promoters are all set to raise their holding to 38.32% from 36.17% with the company board approving issuance of warrants on preference.

The company will issue up to 38.5 lakh fully convertible warrants to the promoter and promoter group at Rs 260 per warrant, aggregating to Rs 100 crore, it informed the stock exchanges.
