Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York is said to be making an appearance at the Oscars over the weekend after setting her sights on the United States.
The Duchess, 63, is rumoured to be attending the ceremony which is being held at the Dolby Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard on Sunday, March 10.
Currently, Prince Andrew's former wife is in America to promote her forthcoming novel but is said to have been involved in talks with bosses having recently appeared at the memorial for her late friend, Lisa Marie Presley.
The film Elvis, based on Lisa Marie's late father is up for eight awards on the night.
However, it is not confirmed that Sarah will be in attendance.
Speaking to The Sun, a source said: "There have been discussions about The Duchess attending and it now looks as though that will happen, the plan is for her to present an award.
"That sparked some conversations about the possibility of her attending and after some back and forth it looks like it's happening."
The mole went on to explain that it's a "big deal" for the Duchess to be at the ceremony but it's also a "big deal" for her as America "looks likely to play a big part in her future".
Sarah's exciting news comes after she revealed she "spoils" corgis Muick and Sandy, who she and Prince Andrew took in following the death of the late Queen Elizabeth in September.
Speaking to Hello magazine, the mother-of-two said: "The corgis are very nice and very polite and well trained.
"I am their favourite but everybody always says it's just because I feed them gravy bones. I love everything about them and I spoil them the most."
But the bestselling author also believes that the late Monarch is visiting the York family who currently resides at Royal Lodge on the Windsor estate, close to the Queen's former home.
In an interview with People, the philanthropist said that the dogs "bark at nothing" when they're in and around the grand residence.
The Duchess said: "They are national icons, so every time they run chasing a squirrel, I panic.
"But they're total joys, and I always think that when they bark at nothing, and there's no squirrels in sight, I believe it's because the Queen is passing by."
The philanthropist will release her latest novel, A Most Intriguing Lady on March 30th and promises to share "one woman's quest to uncover the truth," in the most "intriguing historical romance" of 2023.
