Grime artist Sami Switch said 'this is the beginning not the end' after losing a copyright battle with Ed Sheeran.
The musician, whose real name is Sami Chokri, took to his Instagram page to share a tranquil clip of the ocean as he discussed his 'highway to gratitude'.
"Through despair, I found an instant highway to gratitude," he captioned the short clip.
"I am rich, of love, friends and family. This is the beginning not the end."
His post comes after Ed won a High Court battle over whether his 2017 song Shape Of You copied his song.
The judge’s ruling over whether the smash copied part of the 2015 song Oh Why, was delivered on Wednesday morning.
Ed, along with his co-writers John McDaid and producer Steven McCutcheon, denied ripping off Sami's song.
Sami and his co-writer Ross O’Donoghue had claimed an “Oh I” hook in Shape Of You is “strikingly similar” to an “Oh Why” refrain in their track.
In a verdict given remotely, Mr Justice Zacaroli said Ed "neither deliberately or subconsciously copied the phrase."
He acknowledged in a written verdict that while there are similarities between the two phrases, there are also "important differences."
After the verdict was given, Ed also released a video on social media discussing what happened.
In the video, Ed said "claims like this are way too common now and have become a culture where a claim is made with the aim that a settlement will be cheaper than taking it to court even if there is no case to the claim."

He added: "I just want to say, I am not an entity, I am not a corporation, I am a human being, I am a father, I am a husband, I am a son.
"Lawsuits are not a pleasant experience and I hope this ruling means in the future baseless claims like this can be avoided."
The Shape Of You co-authors launched legal proceedings in May 2018, asking the High Court to declare they had not infringed Sami and Ross’s copyright.
Ed and his co-writers also released a statement following the verdict and discussed the toll the case had taken on their mental health.
They added that they will continue to stand up against 'baseless claims'.
