Sam Thompson in hospital after mystery illness leaves him in 'excruciating pain'

Sam Thompson has revealed he is in hospital today for tests on his stomach after experiencing "excruciating pain" last year.

Former Made In Chelsea star Sam, 30, posted a photo of himself laying on a hospital gurney with a strap around his stomach as he opened up to fans about the visit.

Sharing his hopes that they will get to the bottom of his mystery illness, Sam wrote on top of the image posted on his Instagram story: "Just swallowed a pill that has a camera on it!! Was super cool and was lighting up hahah
