Zara McDermott was in tears after her boyfriend Sam Thompson brutally pranked her.
The Made in Chelsea star, 30, was getting his own back on the Love Islander, 25 after Zara switched his water for vodka when he was watching the World Cup.
Seizing an opportunity to even the score, Sam slapped some sticky tape - disguised as a wax strip - onto his girlfriend's face.
"What are you doing?" Zara asked innocently, before she realised what had happened, choking back tears.
"It's fine", Sam said, nonchalantly.
But a fuming Zara shouted: "No! you don't understand what you've done, things like this aren't actually f*****g funny!
"This is like permanent, for Christmas I'm not going to have any eyebrows!'
"Get out of the f*****g room! go!"
Unable to contain his laughter anymore. Sam admitted: "It's just selo-tape" before collapsing into a fit of giggles.
Filming the whole thing, Sam captioned the clip: "She went through so many emotions…just remember…she started it".
The MIC star reckons he only acted in retaliation after Zara pranked her beau while he was watching the football.
The influencer filmed herself setting up the prank as she placed the water bottle filled with vodka next to Sam.
However, her beau was reluctant to take the bait, prompting Zara to post: "Drink some f*****g water" after Sam still hadn't picked up the bottle after 20 minutes.
Of course, he eventually did take a sip swiftly prompting him to run to the sink screaming with his hands on his fiery throat.
"Ahh, you cheeky b****! When did that even happen?!" Sam moaned as soon as the penny dropped.
"I swallowed it! Oh, that's f*****g grand," he said, applauding Zara for her ingenuity.
The video then cut to the presenter celebrating her success as she proudly declared: "Got ya!"
Last week Zara revealed she was in hospital suffering from "excruciating pain".
The Love Island star took to Instagram from her bedside after heading to A&E in the early hours of the morning.
She explained: ‘Sam had to rush me to A&E because I had excruciating pain in my abdomen – had a feeling it was a burst cyst on my ovary because I’ve had it before on my other side and it felt similar."
In an update on social media an hour later, Zara thanked her followers for their support, explaining: "They found blood in my abdomen, which indicates it’s a burst cyst for sure and nothing else."
