Sam Smith cancels gig HOURS before show as they're struck with mystery illness

Sam Smith was been forced to cancel their gig in Glasgow just hours before they were due on stage after being struck down with a mystery virus.

The singer, 30, had been due to perform at the OVO Hydro Arena on Saturday night but pulled out today, disappointing the tens of thousands of fans who were due to see them perform.

Sam took their Instagram on Friday to deliver the devastating blow to fans, writing a heartfelt apology on their page.
