Sam Ryder has landed a huge primetime TV role on the new series of up Celebrity Gogglebox.
It's been a month since the TikTok icon shocked everyone, not least himself, by finishing second on the leaderboard at the Eurovision Song Contest, after a string of dire results for the UK at the annual event. Heading into the final, Sam had soared up the bookies' odds but fans were still sceptical as to whether the rest of Europe would reward his song Spaceman with the points it deserved.
The juries did, with Sam also finishing in the top 5 of the game changing tele-vote, putting him behind only winners Ukraine, who were always expected to triumph. Since then, Sam has seen Spaceman reach number 2 in the charts and then came a real pinch yourself moment for the singer when he was invited to perform at the Platinum Party at the Palace concert for the Queen's Jubilee.

Sam seized the opportunity and delivered one of the performances of the night in the eyes of BBC viewers. And there's a very real chance he might end up reacting to himself as he joins Eurovision commentator Scott Mills in the new series of Celebrity Gogglebox on Channel 4.
Sam and Scott join other Eurovision pundit, Rylan and his mum Linda on the new series of the popular programme. The news was revealed by DJ and host Scott, who took to social media to post a photo of him and Sam and wrote: "I'm joining #CelebrityGogglebox! Catch me and Sam Ryder when the new series returns next Friday at 9pm on Channel 4!""
