Sam Heughan has been spotted at a top Edinburgh restaurant celebrating with fellow actor Graham McTavish.
The Scottish Outlander star uploaded a post to Instagram from within one of Tom Kitchin's Michelin-Star restaurants as he and his friends got a taste for some locally sourced food and drink.
Heughan recently opened up on his time as a child in Edinburgh, and has been a regular visitor to the capital since becoming famous all over the world.

On Monday, the 42-year-old was spotted at The Kitchin having previously partnered up with Scotland's youngest ever Michelin Star Winner Tom Kitchin to supply his own brand of whisky at the Edinburgh restaurant.
Posting on Instagram, along with a video of himself and several others enjoying some food and drink, Heughan said: "Surprise Prestige Tasting menu @thekitchin celebrating @grahammctavish !
"Thanks to @tom_kitchin for the sublime food, all locally sourced with outstanding wine pairings… @sassenachspirits apple crumble soufflé with caramel sauce finished it (and us!) off nicely! SUPERB!"
Kitchin can be seen at the start of the video greeting Sam and his friends, and also commented on the post: "Thanks for visiting @samheughan and best of luck @grahammctavish."
Sam and Tom have become friends after the pair were snapped filming together in Edinburgh back in May 2022. Edinburgh Live reported that Sam Heughan was spotted filming in Tom Kitchin's Edinburgh restaurant as part of his Starz documentary series with fellow Scot, Graham McTavish, titled Men In Kilts.
The Scottish actor tours his homeland alongside Graham, delving into its culture and history, and decided to pop into Tom's 'The Kitchin' establishment for a bite to eat.
