Outlander fans rushed to congratulate Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish after their show Men in Kilts was noinated for a host of awards.
Graham, 61, grew up in Glasgow and Sam, 41, grew up in Dumfries and the first season of the show saw the pair explore their native Scotland.
The hilarious programme was nominated across four categories in the American Reality TV Awards as fans rushed to congratulate them.
Sam took to Instagram to reveal their popular Starz show was nominated alongside a photo of himself and co-star Graham in kilts, attempting a Highland fling.
The Dumfries born actor captioned the hilarious snap: "So proud of our wee show @meninkiltsstarz!!"
It has been nominated for Outstanding New Show, Outstanding Docu Series, Best Feel Good, and Best Lifestyle.
Sam cheekily added: "Congrats to the whole team and to Mr Hangry @grahammctavish (Season 2 coming soon!)"
Graham also penned a sweet post on social media, writing: "Very proud of our show and its four nominations @realityawardstv "
He couldn't resist a cheeky quip either, joking: "They didn’t have a 'Best Lucky Escape' or 'Most gratitude for getting out alive' nominations otherwise we would’ve been a shoe-in."
The upcoming season, which officially wrapped back in February, will document their journey across New Zealand, a country that was a popular destination for Scottish immigrants to settle back in the 19th century.
Sam gave a teaser to Forbes Magazine about what's in store for season two: "We were exploring the culture of New Zealand, the Scottish heritage, like there’s the connection there with the immigrants.
"And then, we were looking at the food and drink, we’re looking at the activities you can do.
"It’s very much an outdoors country, the wildlife. And of course, lots of torturing Graham."
So far, there is no release date for the new season of Men in Kilts but since filming wrapped in February it could be expected in late 2022 or early 2023.
