Sam Gowland is said to have made a bombshell comeback to Geordie Shore, four years after he left the show amid some explosive relationship drama with ex girlfriend Chloe Ferry.
It was claimed back in 2019 that Sam was fired by TV bosses after he and co-star Chloe got into some blazing rows both on and off camera during filming, Their on/off romance then took a turn once filming had wrapped, as she made a 'secret' trip to join him on holiday in Dubai, trying and failing to keep their reunion under wraps, as fans clocked a few tell tale signs on Instagram that they were in the same location.
After they called it quits again, Sam sold his house in North Tyneside and is now back living in his native Teesside, having forged out a lucrative career as a property developer, being responsible for a number of shunning mansion style homes, including his own, in the affluent Wynyard area of Sedgefield, a place famous for attracting players and former managers of Newcastle United.
And now Sam, who first shot to TV fame on Love Island in 2017, is said to have stunned all of the Geordie Shore cast by jetting off to Cyprus to join them to film the new series. The latest run, which comes after the ratings success of the Reunion episodes last year, has seen cast members like Charlotte Crosby and Marnie Simpson go on holiday with their other halves and children, with Chloe and other established Geordie Shore favourites like Holly Hagan, Ricci Guarnaccio, James Tindale and Sophie Kasaei also involved.
Talking about Sam's shock arrival, a source told The Sun: "Sam flew out and surprised the cast in Cyprus - it was a total shock to everyone when he arrived, and extremely awkward for Chloe," with he insider adding, that while many fans will be delighted to see him back in the Geordie Shore fold, some of his former co-stars were blindsided by his comeback.
