Sam Fender has shared a photograph of wearing Greggs crocs during his current tour in America and fans - and the Geordie bakery itself - are loving it.
At least most of them - but not all - are, according to the reaction to the image on Twitter. The Seventeen Going Under star, who is going down a storm on his tour in the US, posted a collection of four images of his downtime in New York and among scenes showing the likes of him reading a book against the backdrop of the Empire State Building is one of a foot in a distinctive blue and yellow croc.
The crocs - part of the new Greggs x Primark collection; the companies' second fashion collaboration - proved a huge a hit the moment they went on sale. And Fender's post is set to fan the frenzy of demand.

The image sparked a flood of responses from the Brit Award-winner's fans whose comments included "GREGS CROCS"; "they are some absolutely brilliant Greggs crocs"; "Nice crocs" and "I knew the Greggs crocs would be so special to you". Others tweeted "Can't beat the Greggs range"; Fly the flag Sam....Toon flag that is" and "Well they loved our Newcastle brown ale, let's see if they take our Greggs as well".
The reaction didn't go unnoticed by the Geordie bakers either. When one fan commented on Fender's photos saying "the Greggs croc is the best one", Greggs itself responded, tweeting "Agreed!" One fan wrote: ""We want Sam Fender crocs and a South American tour". There were some who appeared less than impressed, adding comments such as "not Greggs crocs Sam" and "not the Greggs crocs".
"WHAT ARE THOOOOSE" said one and another tweeted: "Those shoes are Bxxxxx AWFUL AND…can anyone tell me if they come in ladies sizes?"
The North Shields talent is continuing his tour on the back of his recent Brit Award success. Earlier this summer he played a charity gig at the 02 City Hall in Newcastle in aid of the homeless and also wowed crowds at his Glastonbury debut.
