Simon Jordan has claimed that Sam Allardyce will be looking to take four points from Leeds United's remaining four Premier League fixtures this term after he admitted that their upcoming games against Manchester City and Newcastle United will be a case of "damage limitation".
Man City, Newcastle, West Ham and Tottenham are the four matches that Allardyce will take charge of during his time as interim manager. Javi Gracia left the club after a 12-game spell that sees the Whites one place above the relegation zone on goal difference alone.
The 68-year-old faces a daunting start as Leeds boss with a visit to the Etihad Stadium to take on the reigning champions this weekend. However, Jordan believes that Allardyce will not necessarily be looking to get anything out of the game - as he believes that Leeds will now be targeting their final two fixtures in their battle against relegation.

“It’s an opportunity for Sam to go and do something for nothing,” Jordan told talkSPORT. “Either which way [relegation or survival] he gets a king's fortune.
“For me, he goes in there. He steels them for the impending onslaught of Man City, and Newcastle gets them out of that with damage limitation because they could have got done six in both of those games easily under the current regime.
“And he prepares himself to get four points at West Ham and Tottenham. That's where he is.”
