Salomon Rondon starts for Everton as, for the first time this season, Frank Lampard begins with a recognised striker.
The Venezuela international helped to cause chaos in the final stages at Aston Villa last week and his impact has been rewarded for the visit of Nottingham Forest.
With Dominic Calvert-Lewin still injured the big question for many supporters was whether Rondon would lead the line after two games in which Anthony Gordon had worked hard for little reward as a 'false nine'.

Now they have their answer as Rondon prepares to play in front of the Goodison Park crowd for the first time in the Premier League since his straight red card against Brentford last season.
Rondon will be supported by Demarai Gray and Gordon - who plays after a week in which speculation over his future has persisted following a bid for the 21-year-old by Chelsea on Monday.
Amadou Onana is on the front of the matchday programme but starts on the bench today - as Lampard yesterday suggested may be the case.
Dele Alli is also on the bench amid reports of interest from Besiktas. Tom Davies and Alex Iwobi start in the centre of the midfield as Lampard retains the same back line as the trip to Villa Park - meaning Conor Coady makes his home debut.
Everton: Pickford, Patterson, Tarkowski, Coady, Holgate, Mykolenko, Iwobi, Davies, Gray, Gordon, Rondon.
Subs: Begovic, Keane, Allan, McNeil, Onana, Dele, Coleman, Gbamin, Vinagre.
Forest: Henderson; Worrall, Cook, McKenna; Williams, Mangala, O'Brien, Toffolo; Lingard; Johnson, Awoniyi.
