Sales bookings of 11 major listed real estate firms rose 18 per cent to Rs 1.48 lakh crore last fiscal on better realisation, according to Anarock.

These 11 developers are Godrej Properties, Prestige Estates, DLF, Lodha Developers, Signature Global, Brigade Enterprises, Puravankara, Oberoi Realty, Kolte-Patil, Keystone Realtors and Sobha Ltd.
