Sales and profits surge at Andy Murray and Issa brothers-backed Castore as it creates almost 140 jobs

Sales and profits surged at Castore, the sportswear brand backed by Andy Murray and the billionaire owners of Asda, as it created almost 140 jobs during its latest financial year.

The Manchester-headquartered company designs, manufacturers and sells Castore and sports team branded apparel and accessories through online, physical stores and wholesale partners.

It has deals with the likes of England Cricket, McLaren F1, Newcastle United, Salford City, Silverstone, Le Mans and Harlequins. It most recently signed a deal with F1 team Red Bull.
