Although I appreciate leaving out Nuno Tavares would not do his confidence any good, it already seems very low and his recent performances have led to him being subbed off at half time on two separate occasions. Arsenal must view each game as a cup final and with Champions League qualification at stake, I just don't know if starting Tavares is currently worth it.
With Cedric showing much better form, I would prefer him to start at left-back as he has done previously while pushing Ben White out to right-back, who again has played there before and done well. Holding can come in and comfortably take up White's centre-back role. I expect Thomas Partey to be replaced by Albert Sambi Lokonga, who did well in midfield after coming on against Palace.
Gabriel Martinelli represents just one change I would like to see going forward, with Alexandre Lacazette making way. The Brazilian was on fire before illness ruled him out prior to the International break, but after having a chance to rest and recover, I think he's ready to be reintroduced.

Lacazette has gone 19 hours and 23 minutes of Premier League football without scoring a goal from open play and with Gabi possessing superior pace to beat the likes of Lewis Dunk and Joel Veltman, now seems like a good time to mix things up a little bit.

I believe that Arsenal should stick with 4-3-3 formation that has seen a lot of success in recent weeks except for match against Crystal Palace. The formation has proven to work when used against smaller sides at the Emirates, therefore we should not change the whole system due to injuries to only two players.
I would opt for Bukayo Saka at left-back to give Arsenal a real attacking intent with Gabriel Martinelli down the left-hand side. The two linked up brilliantly during the 19/20 season when Saka was frequently utilised as a defender, and they can repeat this success going into the final stretch of the season.
This would mean that Nicolas Pepe takes the vacant right-hand side. The Ivorian had an impressive end to last season and I believe he can repeat that again this campaign, as he has a lot to prove an Arsenal player, and this final stretch will be his last opportunity to do so.
Albert Sambi Lokonga replacing Thomas Partey and Gabriel Martinelli in for Emile Smith Rowe would be my last changes to the XI but apart from those four changes, the squad should remain how it has been in recent matches before the Crystal Palace defeat.

This is a really tough one to pick. The first big decision obviously comes at the back. I toyed with the idea of changing to a back three, but you just lose too much in attack for me as you'd have to drop one of Martin Odegaard, Emile Smith Rowe or Gabriel Martinelli.
As a result I'm sticking with a back four and I'm sticking with the same one that started on Monday night, but only on a few conditions.
Arteta has spoken about the specificity required to play the 4-3-3 and for me with both Thomas Partey and Kieran Tierney out injured, Arsenal no longer have it. This means it's time for a tweak in midfield.
I'm ditching the 4-3-3 and switching to a double pivot, with Granit Xhaka playing the same deep left sided role as last season, and Albert Sambi Lokonga mopping up the middle of the pitch.
The 4-2-3-1 doesn't mean you have to break up the right sided pod of Odegaard, Bukayo Saka and Cedric, which means Arsenal can maintain their attacking prowess in behind Brighton's wingbacks.
Up front I'm giving Gabriel Martinelli a go through the middle. Teams seem to have worked out that if you mark Alexandre Lacazette tightly then you nullify him as an attacking threat. Martinelli might be an unknown quantity and centre forward, but I'd rather take that risk now in a lower stakes game against Brighton than in crucial upcoming matches vs Chelsea and Manchester United.
That means Emile Smith Rowe continues on the left for me. Given that I'm keeping Tavares in the side I just feel the England international's tendency to drift infield meshes better so that's what makes the most sense to me.

Mikel Arteta faces some tough decisions after losing Thomas Partey and Kieran Tierney to long term injuries this week.
At left back there are option to swap out Nuno Tavares and after his horror show on Monday night it's tempting to use one of them, but I'm sticking with the Portuguese defender. He was brought into the club for this exact situation so with Tierney out it makes sense to use him.
The same goes for Albert Sambi Lokonga in midfield who I would look to play ahead of Mohamed Elneny in Thomas Partey's absence.
For me I'd put him in at the six and continue with the 4-3-3. Arsenal have played some of their best football in that system and to change it now would feel like a step backwards.
Up front I'm sticking with Alexandre Lacazette despite his woeful record in front of goal as I'm not convinced any of the alternatives are better right now. I'm also sticking with Emile Smith Rowe, who I thought was decent on Monday, while Bukayo Saka continues on the right.
