Saints quarterback Derek Carr left Week 10’s game against the Vikings after suffering a brutal hit in the third quarter. He was eventually ruled out with a shoulder injury and was evaluated for a concussion.
Carr was standing in the pocket before throwing a pass to wide receiver Chris Olave. Right after the ball left his hand, he was absolutely leveled by outside linebacker Danielle Hunter. Carr was able to walk off the field under his own power but was replaced by Jameis Winston.
Until that point, the New Orleans offense was stalling all day. But Winston immediately scored, thanks to an incredible touchdown catch from Olave.
