Sainsbury's shoppers angry over new £80 delivery pass

Sainsbury’s has announced that it will hike up the cost of its delivery service to £80, leaving it’s shoppers furious. This week (May 4), shoppers of the major supermarket took to Twitter to share their anger over the new prices for a number of Sainsbury’s delivery passes.

The Sainsbury’s delivery pass has gone up from £60 to £80. The pass accounts for up to one free delivery every day of the week, including weekends, the Mirror reports.

A shopper named Michelle wrote to the supermarket on Twitter: "Could I speak to someone about delivery pass renewal please? Had mine cancelled despite updating card details - now paying £20 more…"
