A man is taking Sainsbury's to court after they banned his cat from their store.
Web designer Ian Fenn, who was diagnosed with autism two years ago, says Chloe the rescue cat sits on his shoulders and stops him from feeling “overwhelmed” and "anxious" while shopping. But recently, his confidence was knocked after he was asked to leave a branch of the supermarket due to the cat.
The 51-year-old said that Chloe has been allowed into other big brand supermarkets, such as Tesco. He has subsequently tried his best to get Sainsbury's to allow the same, reported Cambridgeshire Live.
